Research Study participants will get access to the Fit For 90 performance testing suite including our growth and maturation testing measures. Our testing suite is designed to quantify a player’s characteristics related to player performance, injury risk, player readiness, and return to play following injury.

Testing protocols and risk profile assessment

  • Define each player's neuromuscular profile and fitness level with 4 performance tests performed 3 to 4 times per year.
  • Assess thresholds in fitness level that correlate with the player's ability to cope with the demands of the game.
  • Identify dominant vs non-dominant (limb asymmetry) differences that may lead to an elevated risk of injury
  • Determine player specific characteristics of strength, concentric power, and plyometric power.
  • Measure growth and maturation to determine peak height velocity and player specific injury risk profiles.
